Infinity Blade II really nailed touch-based combat, and Batman Arkham City Lockdown borrows a similar design. Play Batman Arkham City Lockdown with headphones because there are audio bits that cannot be heard through the small iOS speakers. The dark orchestral tones emerge here and create the wonderful themes of the character. Soundīatman Arkham City Lockdown’s audio also borrows from its console sibling. The boss characters are all amazing though, with the engine pushing a large amount of polygons. The secondary characters are cut-and-paste, and some variety would have been appreciated. Even though some environments contain a smaller amount of detail, the main characters look amazing. The Unreal 3 Engine accurately recreates the world established in Batman Arkham City. Developed by Netherrealm Studios, the team behind Mortal Kombat, and using the Unreal 3 Engine, like Infinity Blade II, Batman Arkham City Lockdown focuses on impressive graphics and solid combat gameplay.
